How long we keep information

For Customers we will hold the data for the duration of their contracts as a customer and for any period to satisfy regulatory or compliance needs.

For Public data we will store this for as long as necessary to assist our business or until there is a requirement to remove it which ever comes first.

For non-public University data we will hold this data until the conclusion of our business or until requested to remove such data.  At this time it will be anonymised as to not be associated with the university or deleted if needed.

Data processors

Google cloud platform / Cloud Provider

This data processor does the following activities for us: We are a cloud native AI SaaS company and all our code; data and operations are through our cloud provider. This is used for compute power, deployed code and data storage.

Databricks / Data processing and storage

This data processor does the following activities for us: We use Databricks for data ingestion, storage and processing in the generation of our Machine Learning Models.

Sharing information outside your country

Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of your region/country.  When doing so, we comply with the Region/country of origin data privacy regulations, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact us for more information.
